I really enjoyed living at Hilltop Acres. It is only a couple miles from WLU and right across the street from a family dollar, which is great for college students. All exterior aspects were maintained well and the staff was extremely helpful. Any issues from the apartment were fixed in a matter of a few days, which were very minor. I would recommend anyone around the area to live here.

I have lived here now for the past year. I'm currently moving out now that I have graduated from WLU. I've enjoyed living here at Hilltop Acres! The location is amazing: super close to the school, directly across from the new Family Dollar, and right on the main road. When I moved in the room and bathroom were clean and 100% ready for me to move in and unpack! There are cameras in the parking lot that made me feel super safe. The house was perfect, with plenty of room for me and my roommates. The rent is also very comparable if not a little cheaper to living in the dorms, without all the restrictions. Also, the places are pet friendly which was a MAJOR selling point for me, as I got to bring my dog along with me! I would highly recommend Hilltop Acres to any incoming student as an alternative to living at the school!

I stayed in the Elm and Fir unit. It was a very nice, affordable house. It truly felt like a home and made college much more exciting and memorable. I liked that utilities are included when paying, this made it much easier and stress free. The landlords are great and super nice. They are very understanding/helpful when it comes to any problems that me or my roommates had. All the houses are very clean and nice. They provide you with furniture and appliances, which is nice and convenient. This was truly a great experience for me. I enjoyed my time with Hilltop Acres and would recommend it to anyone.
